We provide nursing care to the patients regularly in their place of residence. We coordinate care under the direction of the patient’s Primary Care Physician and their Clinical Supervisor. Nurses combine the science of nursing with the art of caring. They are qualified to provide the following services:
- Pre-Op and Post-Op evaluations
- Wound Care (Wound Vac)
- Injections
- Foley Catheter Care
- Ostomy Care and instructions
- Intravenous Treatment (i.e. Antibiotics, Pain Management, Hydration)
- Diabetic Management
- Assessment and Teaching and Reassurance
- Care for Chronic Medical Conditions
